About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain backend services and integrations using Java and Spring-based technologies
Build solutions connecting and synchronizing data across internal and external systems
Contribute to internal products and AI-enabled applications for Revenue and Sales teams
Develop assistant-like tools and automation features to improve operational efficiency
Work across backend and frontend tasks, including React and TypeScript applications
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
Troubleshoot production issues and analyze system behavior
Improve system reliability
Collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders, and business teams in an agile environment
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of professional software engineering experience
Solid production-level experience with Java
Understanding of object-oriented programming principles, clean code practices, and testing
Experience developing backend applications, APIs, or integrations
Understanding of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL
Interest in distributed systems, integrations, and AI-supported applications
Comfortable working with evolving requirements and technical complexity
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks and systems
Comfortable collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Experience with Spring or Spring Boot preferred as a nice-to-have
Experience with React and TypeScript preferred as a nice-to-have
Familiarity with Python or AI-related development initiatives preferred as a nice-to-have
Understanding of distributed systems and system integrations preferred as a nice-to-have
Experience with APIs, synchronization services, or data pipelines preferred as a nice-to-have
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development practices preferred as a nice-to-have
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases preferred as a nice-to-have
Interest in AI-assisted workflows, automation, and internal product development preferred as a nice-to-have
