  • Assure the highest possible route quality for clients worldwide through route ownership
  • Increase company profitability and reduce client complaints
  • Analyze and monitor quality markers such as DR, CR, and delays across providers, networks, routes, and clients
  • Handle spam complaints from suppliers
  • Manage whitelisting and blacklisting requests from account managers
  • Notify relevant parties about routing issues
  • Analyze usage of Infobip routing features with Dev teams to expand usage and efficiency
  • Quickly resolve problems in critical and non-critical situations
  • Monitor platform KPIs to ensure issue resolution and internal resource availability
  • Suggest new monitoring systems and rules to prevent downtime and performance issues
  • Provide continuous feedback to internal engineering teams to improve products based on client needs
