About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the end-to-end experience for Email, Growth, or Internal Tools
- Collaborate with other Infobip platform areas to create a unified product experience
- Help decide product priorities through continuous discovery
- Talk with users, support teams, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Use the product firsthand to identify meaningful improvements
- Build and test multiple prototypes
- Prototype in code with AI and use Figma for visual design
- Ship real frontend work, including within the product
- Co-create with product managers, engineers, analysts, and other roles without handoffs
- Guide non-designers using design systems and examples and check quality
- Define success measures before building and ship incrementally
- Evaluate post-launch performance with analysts and user feedback
- Maintain a long-term view of the product area and platform
- Use AI daily to automate routine tasks and improve productivity
- Act proactively when product flows or details should be improved
- Submit a portfolio showcasing real product work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mid-level and senior designers are welcome
- Real depth in flows, visual design, systems, writing, and accessibility
- Understanding of web and frontend technologies sufficient to build with AI
- Ability to understand how APIs work is a plus, not a requirement
- Ability to make good decisions with incomplete information
- Experience comparing options based on user behavior and data
- Experience owning work through launch
- Portfolio demonstrating problem discovery, multiple approaches, shipped product work, and learning from results
