About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead discovery, definition, build, launch, and scaling of products across the full email journey
  • Own the Email product area independently within the Product Management function
  • Report to the Group Product Manager for Email
  • Work closely with business, engineering, operations, design, and deliverability teams
  • Identify client needs and market problems while considering business goals
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Email across the full client journey
  • Lead intelligence and automation initiatives, including content recommendations, delivery diagnostics, and plain-language performance explanations
  • Use data to define success metrics, track adoption and performance, and guide product decisions
  • Turn recurring operational issues into product improvements
  • Build products based on market research, competitor analysis, and the wider Infobip platform
  • Follow industry changes including Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo sender requirements, DMARC, BIMI, and privacy rules
  • Prepare the company to launch new products and features by removing roadblocks
  • Present products at internal and external workshops, webinars, and industry events such as M3AAWG
  • Build relationships with industry peers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role
  • Understanding of technical concepts such as APIs and integrations
  • Data-driven and analytical decision-making using client feedback and adoption, engagement, and retention metrics
  • Strong operational skills, including monitoring product performance and resolving issues
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams, communicating product vision, defining features, and managing releases
  • Understanding of the wider technical stack and the end-to-end product life cycle from discovery to delivery
  • Ability to communicate with and influence decisions at every level of an organisation
  • Team player who learns and shares knowledge
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to have: Experience in email, messaging or CPaaS, including SMTP, SPF, DKIM and DMARC
  • Nice to have: Experience leading data-heavy products such as analytics, monitoring or reporting tools, or building and launching automation features
  • Nice to have: Experience with market research and competitor analysis
