About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own complex presales engagements for enterprise customers throughout the sales cycle
- Act as the primary technical lead and advisor
- Understand client business models and technical environments, gather requirements, and design tailored solution architectures and integration plans
- Conduct product demonstrations, POCs, technical scoping exercises, and service quote estimations
- Lead responses to technical, architectural, and security questionnaires
- Customize and configure Infobip platform solutions to meet customer requirements
- Build conversational strategies, dialogue flows, wireframes, and templates using Infobip Answers and the CX stack
- Deliver solution blueprints, architecture documentation, and consulting session summaries
- Serve as a regional technical expert, mentor junior team members, and share reusable solutions through the Community of Practice
- Gather regional market requirements and feature feedback to guide global product development with HQ
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven background in Solution Engineering, Presales, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Architecture within SaaS, CPaaS, CX, or Telecommunications
- Ability to gather complex requirements and design end-to-end cloud, API, and software solutions for enterprise clients
- Ability to autonomously evaluate project complexity, lead technical opportunities, and identify necessary resources
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Experience conducting POCs, handling technical and security assessments, and documenting architecture and integration plans
- Track record of mentoring colleagues, driving knowledge sharing, and fostering collaboration
- Expertise or interest in CX Consultancy, Strategic Partnerships, or vertical-specific solutions is nice to have
- Hands-on experience building conversational flows, dialogue trees, or NLP/NLU workflows is nice to have
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, Postman, and enterprise software integration patterns is nice to have
- Familiarity with enterprise data privacy standards, security frameworks, and cloud communications compliance norms is nice to have
