About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day activities within the solution engineering division
- Learn about Infobip products, solutions, and business use cases while contributing to project implementations under mentor guidance
- Assist in designing solutions that address customers’ technical and business requirements
- Help configure and customize Infobip solutions based on customer needs
- Contribute to internal customer service and support initiatives, including documentation and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and operational tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate seeking an academic internship or on-the-job training opportunity
- Educational background in engineering, technology, or a related field
- Interested in building a career that combines technical knowledge with business understanding
- Clear and professional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Curious, customer-focused, and motivated to solve problems in a collaborative environment
- Able to work on-site at least three days per week
