About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Align Voice strategy with company objectives and build execution plans for North America
  • Drive initiatives that increase traction, improve profitability, and support new and existing customers
  • Lead monetization of Voice UCaaS & CCaaS service platforms, Voice AI platforms, and Voice wholesale
  • Create and close opportunities through outbound prospecting and self-originated campaigns
  • Support testing and validation of new business motions, customer segments, products, business models, and initiatives in North America
  • Own the outbound sales cycle across North America in collaboration with Voice AEs and CGEs
  • Prospect, research, and target customers through multi-channel outreach to build a self-generated pipeline
  • Execute executive outreach campaigns, qualify named accounts, secure Discovery meetings, and progress opportunities
  • Run Voice campaigns from identification through close
  • Support regional sales teams with training, enablement, and commercial guidance
  • Build customer relationships, understand needs, and identify adoption opportunities
  • Participate in key sales cycles to close deals and grow gross profit
  • Provide local support to US revenue teams with same-day business decisions and joint account planning
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Voice products, competition, and market trends
  • Serve as the regional Voice expert for sales teams, CGEs, and customers
  • Gather market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence for HQ
  • Identify and validate newly created Voice AI platforms as Infobip ICPs
  • Collaborate with HQ and regional stakeholders on product strategy and commercial initiatives
  • Bridge North America sales teams and the global Platform team through communication and knowledge sharing
  • Monitor pipeline velocity, forecasting, account strategy, and planning to achieve commercial targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Background in business or product, with a strong understanding of sales and consultancy
  • Proven experience in Voice product sales
  • Track record of exceeding quota through outbound prospecting and self-generated pipeline
  • Strong commercial mindset with analytical, sales acceleration, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in solution selling, including proposals, value propositions, pricing, and contract negotiation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with customer-facing confidence
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a hunter attitude
  • Ability to work independently across North America
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel to support key opportunities, field teams, and executive engagement with named accounts
  • Open to travel within the U.S. based on customer and business needs
