About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver new business growth across North America
  • Identify, prospect and secure new customers and strategic partnerships
  • Develop relationships with distributors, resellers and enterprise automotive customers
  • Build senior-level relationships within target organisations
  • Promote Infopro Digital Automotive's data products and solutions
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the North American automotive data business
  • Execute outbound prospecting and account development activities
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • Deliver against agreed revenue and growth objectives
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders including Directors, Vice Presidents, Managing Directors and CEOs
  • Build long-term customer relationships that support sustainable revenue growth
  • Develop relationships with distributors, reseller partners and industry influencers
  • Develop territory plans and market penetration strategies
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align customer needs with product capabilities
  • Attend trade shows, conferences and customer meetings across North America
  • Act as an ambassador for Infopro Digital Automotive
  • Maintain strong visibility within the automotive industry and aftermarket community
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts
  • Provide regular sales updates and market intelligence
  • Support business planning and revenue forecasting activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working within the automotive data industry, automotive aftermarket, OEM, or associated automotive technology sector
  • Proven track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience selling automotive data, information, analytics or technology solutions
  • Excellent prospecting, networking, negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience developing senior-level customer relationships
  • Commercially driven with a strong hunter mentality
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams
  • Highly numerate with the ability to understand and present data-led solutions
  • Strong planning, organisational and administrative skills
  • Valid right to work within the United States
  • Existing network across the automotive aftermarket, OEM or automotive technology sectors (preferred)
  • Experience managing reseller or partner networks (preferred)
  • Knowledge of automotive data, parts, repair, maintenance or vehicle information solutions (preferred)
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (preferred)
