About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect, analyse, and work with data to produce meaningful reports, dashboards, data sets, and analysis for consultancy clients
  • Build market profiles from granular to macro levels across products, sectors, and regions
  • Bring together data from multiple sources to create detailed and verified views of markets
  • Manage data inputs, including definitions, data verification, quality checking, data transfer protocols, and update cycles
  • Present data and insights accessibly across Word, PowerPoint, datasheets, and interactive dashboards
  • Support the specification, testing, and launch of new data-related products
  • Contribute to developing data architecture and data-sharing capabilities with clients and European partner companies
  • Support the internal business analytics team in developing reporting frameworks and tools
  • Work for the Head of Client Analytics across qualitative and quantitative research projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in data management and working with large data sets, including queries, cleansing, and data verification
  • Strong data analysis skills, especially the ability to derive insight from data
  • Experience using and configuring data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics
  • Previous experience in research involving data and statistics, especially company data and official statistics and reports
  • An analytical, questioning mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in trends analysis and market forecasting
  • Experience or a strong interest in the built environment, the economy, and consumer trends
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable, not required
