About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build and maintain full stack applications using C#, .NET, React and Microsoft Azure
Build secure backend services, REST APIs and responsive frontend experiences
Own features end to end, from technical design and data modelling through deployment and support
Integrate SaaS platforms, databases, APIs and third-party applications
Design and maintain data integrations, ingestion processes and ETL/ELT pipelines
Build solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Data Lake Storage and related Azure services
Transform raw data into reliable datasets for products, reporting, automation and AI initiatives
Implement testing, monitoring, alerting and data quality controls
Improve application and data pipeline performance, security, reliability and scalability
Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards and platform roadmaps
Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into practical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commercial experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer or similar role
Strong C# and .NET development skills
Experience building modern frontend applications with React and TypeScript or JavaScript
Experience designing REST APIs, distributed services and event-driven integrations
Experience building and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure
Good SQL skills and understanding of relational database design and data modelling
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics or Databricks
Experience designing data integrations, ingestion processes or ETL/ELT pipelines
Experience using Git, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
Product mindset and ability to balance engineering quality with pragmatic delivery
Clear communication skills and collaborative approach with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Python experience is beneficial but not essential
