About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source, screen, and qualify candidates based on fundamental criteria for Search and Consulting priority searches and additional retained and contingency searches.
Consistently source candidates for specific positions.
Generate quality leads for Consultants.
Complete initial in-depth needs assessments to assess providers’ needs and wants.
Effectively utilize all appropriate sourcing resources.
Determine whether to maintain contact with providers or turn them over to a Consultant for follow-up.
Document candidates’ interest in other VISTA divisions and forward information as appropriate.
Demonstrate quality through candidate progression in the recruitment process, including turnovers, Consultant presentations, interviews, and placements.
Follow up on leads within 24 hours.
Assist with special projects as directed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of a high school diploma preferred.
Associates degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service preferred.
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software.
Ability and willingness to cover interim staffing gaps.
Willingness to expand working knowledge of the locum tenens business and stay informed about market and competitive issues through research and professional networking.
Willingness to take classes and participate in learning opportunities, both within and outside the company.
Strong organization skills.
Positive, approachable, and a professional representative of VISTA Staffing Solutions.
Ability to take direction and perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
Excellent computer and typing skills for data entry.
Detail oriented, accurate, and excellent research skills.
