About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the efficiency of accounts receivable processes
  • Strategically manage the customer portfolio and credit recovery activities
  • Reduce delinquency and strengthen financial controls
  • Perform and validate complex calculations involving interest, penalties, and financial charges
  • Lead strategic negotiations with delinquent customers
  • Develop, review, and optimize internal controls and management reports
  • Support and manage intercompany processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Lead process improvement and automation initiatives within the Finance department
  • Analyze performance indicators and propose strategic actions to improve results
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Accounting, and Legal departments to align actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Solid experience in accounts receivable and delinquency management
  • Strong knowledge of interest calculations, renegotiations, and credit recovery
  • Advanced Excel skills, with a focus on analysis and control development
  • Experience with ERP/financial systems, preferably TOTVS DataSul
  • Experience with intercompany processes
  • Preferred: experience with financial process automation projects
  • Preferred: knowledge of BI tools or financial dashboards
  • Preferred: experience working at medium-sized or large companies
  • Preferred: English and/or Spanish proficiency
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in a related field
