About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the entire order process, from quote creation through successful completion and order tracking
Actively support and advise partners, with a focus on service quality and revenue growth
Ensure an excellent customer experience by understanding customer needs and proactively developing solutions
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and customer requirements are successfully implemented
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and support sustainable business growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Broad commercial training or comparable professional background
Experience in distribution is a strong plus
Good understanding of workflows and systems
Effective communication by phone, email, and in person
Good understanding of systems, software, and processes
Interest in process improvement
German at C1 level
English at B2 level
Willingness to travel occasionally to manufacturers or partners
Regular presence in the office in Dornach near Munich or in Straubing
