About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage standard and non-standard cases and respond to customers within defined standard times
Work proactively with stakeholders to remove barriers affecting documentation and customer request processes
Work with external and internal customers to continuously improve the documentation process
Coordinate with Ingredion functions and regions to prioritize cases and respond to hot cases
Collaborate with customers to align operations with the Ingredion customer request process
Develop a deep understanding of products and manufacturing sites
Ensure the customer documentation response process functions efficiently as part of a team
Train users on how to use the Document portal as needed
Maintain the customer webpage
Participate in continuous improvement projects
Support internal quality audits when needed
Create or arrange documentation for manufacturing site approval
Create, arrange, and maintain documentation for ingredients, origin, and compliance declarations
Complete and review updated customer assurance statements during specification reviews
Flag hot topics, emerging issues, and customer requests to the team lead
Track site certification information on the company extranet and keep it current
Collect, store, and maintain PFD, SDS, and PDS data for manufacturing locations globally for products sold in EMEA
Proactively notify stakeholders about document availability needed to approve manufacturing sites and products
Develop and maintain customer relationships for standard and non-standard document discussions
Provide customers with accurate product safety, quality, and regulatory information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s in chemistry, food science and technology or microbiology
1-3 years in food manufacturing industry
Experience in supporting customers with technical documentation
Experience with remote auditing
Data management skills
English fluency, both written and spoken
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in the use of databases and office applications
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Collaboration, knowledge exchange and learning enthusiasm
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, organization and precision skills
