About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for service categories (MRO Services)
  • Lead Strategic Sourcing processes, including RFI, RFQ, and RFP
  • Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and service levels with suppliers
  • Manage supplier relationships, driving performance, competitiveness, and value creation
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs, define priorities, and develop solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Identify savings, cost optimization, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Conduct market analyses, benchmarking, and supplier evaluations
  • Monitor category performance indicators, ensuring compliance and risk management
  • Support initiatives to standardize, organize, and improve procurement processes
  • Balance strategic and operational activities, contributing to the performance of the procurement function and the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in strategic procurement and services negotiation within medium-sized or large multinational companies
  • Experience managing suppliers and competitive bidding processes
  • Experience with contract analysis and category management
  • Negotiation techniques
  • Contract management
  • Financial and cost analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • ERP systems (SAP)
  • E-procurement tools and procurement platforms
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required)
  • Spanish proficiency (preferred)
