About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Champion and coordinate the enterprise Knowledge Management program
  • Establish and maintain content standards, workflows, and feedback mechanisms
  • Monitor content health using checklists and metrics
  • Decide when to formalize and consolidate agent-created articles for broader use
  • Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans
  • Facilitate program progress communication and team updates
  • Use analytics and feedback to optimize KM practices, technology, and user experience
  • Implement recognition programs and evolve them toward outcome-based recognition
  • Work with IT, content specialists, and Go-to-Market teams to support KM workflows and training
  • Collaborate with Product Documentation, Quality, and Change Management teams
  • Assess and recommend AI KM technology solutions
  • Ensure integration with CRM, self-service portals, and other enterprise platforms
  • Drive adoption, content quality, stakeholder engagement, customer self-service efficiency, and KM program maturity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Business, or related field
  • Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in Knowledge Management, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines
  • Proven experience leading KM programs in a complex, global organization
  • Strong understanding of KM frameworks, governance, and technology platforms, including AI/ML
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
  • Experience with content standards, quality assurance, and continuous improvement methodologies
