Key responsibilities & impact

Lead indirect procurement strategy across APAC
Drive value creation, standardization, supplier consolidation, and procurement governance
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance leaders across the region
Lead and develop a team of 5+ procurement professionals
Drive adoption of regional strategies and ensure execution across sites and countries
Own business outcomes, not just sourcing activities
Transform a US$250M+ indirect spend portfolio across 13 countries and 11 manufacturing sites in APAC

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience leading large regional procurement portfolios across multiple countries
Ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying on authority
Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving change
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex environments
Business leadership mindset, not only procurement expertise
Ability to build accountability, collaboration, and capability across teams
Candidates must already possess the legal right to work in the country where the position is based
