About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support recruitment from start to finish, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, scheduling, communication, and offer coordination
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage day-to-day People & Culture administration, including employment contracts, employee documentation, and lifecycle changes
  • Maintain accurate employee data and HR systems
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers regarding everyday HR questions, policies, and processes
  • Support performance review cycles, employee surveys, internal communications, and employee initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, document, and automate People & Culture processes
  • Work closely with the People & Culture Business Partner
  • Support employees and managers across the international organisation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of experience in an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, People Operations, or similar role
  • Solid understanding of day-to-day HR processes
  • Hands-on recruitment experience
  • Confidence communicating with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Service-minded and approachable attitude
  • Confidence supporting employees and managers professionally
  • Proactive and practical mindset
  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and know when to ask for support
  • Comfort working with HR systems and digital tools
  • Interest in improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working
  • Good communication skills in English and Swedish, written and spoken
  • Experience working in a SaaS company, scale-up, or international organisation is a plus, but not essential
