About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide inbound and outbound non-promotional product and disease-state educational support to identified customers
Conduct outbound medication adherence support to patients and/or caregivers, including possible evening and weekend hours
Collect demographic data and disposition for reimbursement services and literature fulfillment
Maintain quality and customer service while following program talking points or call guides
Use only approved materials provided by Inizio or the client
Complete required training courses and competency assessments
Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers
Facilitate services across multiple healthcare sectors
Consider innovative approaches to develop partnership opportunities
Complete administrative responsibilities, including computer updates, activity reports, emails, and time reporting
Attend required local and national meetings or conferences
Maintain company equipment and materials
Comply with company and client policies and procedures
Perform other requested duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current US healthcare professional license: RN
Spanish and English fluency required
Bachelor's/BSN highly preferred
Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Gastroenterology or Hepatology
Familiarity with liver disease progression
Understanding of fibrosis staging and cirrhosis risk
Effective and professional communication
Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manner and articulate phone voice
Competency with call center telephone technology
Demonstrable organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
High personal motivation and self-starter mindset
