About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent clients on inbound and outbound telecommunications with consumers and providers
Provide pull-through coaching to a team of Healthcare Communicators
Maintain excellent quality standards for client programs
Accurately collect required information and capture it in program databases
Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills
Converse empathetically with callers and facilitate understanding of medical terminology
Work effectively across multiple projects simultaneously
Perform administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed
Participate in frequent meetings and calls

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, or equivalent work-related experience required
Spanish fluency
Ability to pass a medically inclined Spanish certification
Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse
Pleasant telephone manner
Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption and actively participate
Must have a designated separate home office space that is quiet and away from distractions
Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
Ability to adhere to program scripts, guidelines, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures
