About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver product demonstrations and disease-state education to Healthcare Professionals and office staff within a defined geographic territory
Present educational programs according to each office's needs
Use only approved materials provided by Inizio Engage or the client
Complete required training courses and competency assessments
Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers
Facilitate development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors
Identify innovative approaches and potential partnership opportunities
Complete administrative responsibilities, including daily computer updates, weekly activity summaries, emails, and monthly expense reports
Attend local and national meetings and conferences as required
Maintain company equipment and materials
Comply with Inizio Engage and client policies and procedures
Be contactable during working hours
Perform other requested duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working in pharmaceutical industry or in an HCP-facing Clinical Educator role
Registered Nurse with 3–5 years post-educational experience
Neuro/psych experience highly preferred
Effective and professional communication
Ability to present to physicians and other office staff
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrable organizational skills
Self-starter with high personal motivation
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Evidence of continual professional development and willingness to regularly update professional knowledge
Willingness to travel, including overnights
Full valid US driver's license
Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws
