Requirements
What you’ll need- ABPI qualification is essential
- A degree in a science or business-related subject, or an equivalent qualification
- Proven success in a sales role, particularly within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Strong experience in virtual selling and using CRM systems and digital channels
- Solid understanding of the NHS landscape and healthcare pathways
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong business planning, listening, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify and convert opportunities that drive sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working effectively in a collaborative, matrixed environment
- Ability to adapt to change and new ways of working
