About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team
- Lead and coach representatives in communicating product value, clinical and non-clinical information, and appropriate product use
- Ensure interactions remain aligned with approved materials and client requirements
- Drive account engagement strategies and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Set strategic direction for account planning and customer engagement
- Ensure representatives leverage customer insights, identify barriers, and develop actionable strategies
- Ensure delivery of patient access and product education resources
- Coach representatives on access, reimbursement, patient assistance, and product-related questions and triage
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across multispecialty accounts
- Coordinate with Case Managers, MSLs, client stakeholders, and internal partners
- Leverage digital tools, data, and performance insights to identify trends and assess team effectiveness
- Apply systems thinking to team and territory strategy across providers, health systems, pharmacies, payers, and care teams
- Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback using activity, quality, customer, and business metrics
- Ensure adherence to Inizio and client policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and engagement standards
- Partner with client leadership and internal Inizio stakeholders to align priorities, communicate field insights, remove barriers, and deliver program objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University
- At least 10 years of sales management experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Healthcare Industry
- Proven ability to develop and motivate others, lead through change, and deliver on set objectives
- Ophthalmology or Immunology experience is highly preferred
- Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high quality team
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
- Ability to work an account including health systems, urgent care centers, and pharmacies to gain access and support pull through
- Product launch experience preferred
- Sound judgment and strategic decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze and draw appropriate conclusions using sales and call reporting data
- Professional, proactive demeanor
- Ability to interpret and utilize business data to drive positive business results
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships
- Results-driven with exceptional attention-to-detail and knowledge around metrics
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer/iPad proficient
- Overnight travel may be required depending on geographical location
