About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain excellent quality standards for all client programs and adhere to program scripts and guidelines
  • Accurately collect required information and capture it in specific program databases
  • Document and/or triage Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with Inizio, client and federal guidelines and regulations
  • Handle all contact channel types, including phone and email
  • Complete literature fulfillment to customers
  • Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills
  • Converse with callers empathetically and facilitate understanding of medical terminology
  • Work with multiple projects simultaneously
  • Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Perform administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed
  • Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality under HIPAA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and guide others
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
  • Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption or disconnecting
  • Proficiency in reviewing intake documents thoroughly and entering information in database with little to no errors
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple parallel projects with strong time management skills
  • Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
