About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect for new accounts and qualify leads
  • Build, support, and grow account relationships within the territory
  • Develop demand and account awareness for TCC-EZ and MedE-Kast Solutions
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas and growth targets
  • Provide case coverage in outpatient wound care centers
  • Conduct product in-service programs and customer education
  • Establish relationships with program directors, physicians, and key clinical staff
  • Provide consultative guidance in accordance with product indications
  • Use Salesforce to enter and track opportunities and activities
  • Develop annual formal business plans and monthly/quarterly territory reports
  • Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing, and product development teams
  • Maintain technical, Integra/competitive product, and disease-state knowledge
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to sales management
  • Operate within defined budgets and company policies
  • Perform sales administrative duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience; healthcare experience preferred
  • Large Territory Management experience
  • Ability to manage time on large value accounts and opportunities
  • Confidence communicating with physicians and other clinical personnel
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills
  • Physically capable of standing for long hours during cases
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Overnight travel required, up to 50%
  • Ability to meet credentialing requirements to physically enter customer establishments
  • Must comply with the Advamed Code of Conduct and Sunshine Act
  • Must execute sales strategies in compliance with Federal Healthcare Program requirements, FDA promotional regulations, and client policy
  • Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality under HIPAA
