About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve territory sales targets through effective communication of prescription pharmaceutical product information and the development of strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Implement territory business plans and engage with customers both in person and virtually
  • Contribute to educational and customer engagement initiatives that promote the appropriate use of therapeutic options in neurology and migraine treatment
  • Communicate approved product and brand messages to targeted family physicians, general practitioners, and pharmacists
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Organize and coordinate speaker programs, symposiums, virtual events, conferences, exhibition booths, and CME activities
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities
  • Identify business opportunities, prioritize activities, and achieve territory sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external business partners
  • Comply with policies, procedures, industry regulations, and the MNC/IMC Code of Ethics for Commercial Practices
  • Identify and report adverse events and product complaints
  • Maintain company assets in good condition, including samples and promotional materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Experience in Primary Care and/or Neurology is preferred
  • Experience organizing and supporting CME programs and educational events
  • Strong product, therapeutic, and disease-state knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute territory business plans
  • Strong networking, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, digital engagement platforms, and AI-enabled tools
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required to support stakeholders across Canada
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
