About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver approved product and brand messages to targeted family physicians, general practitioners, and pharmacists
- Build strong relationships with key customers both in person and virtually
- Organize and coordinate speaker programs, symposia, virtual events, exhibits, conventions, and continuing medical education (CME) activities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities
- Leverage customer insights and market knowledge to identify business opportunities, prioritize activities, and achieve sales objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and external business partners
- Adhere to company values, policies, procedures, and marketing codes
- Identify and report adverse events and product complaints
- Maintain company property in good working condition
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Experience in Primary Care and/or Neurology is preferred
- Experience organizing and supporting CME programs and educational events
- Strong product, therapeutic area, and disease-state knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute territory business plans
- Strong networking, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, digital engagement platforms, and AI-enabled tools
- French and English bilingualism required to support stakeholders across Canada
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
