About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle day-to-day QA customer correspondence
- Manage and respond to email inquiries
- Complete mail merges from client databases for the QA department
- Complete reconciliation of adverse event and product complaint reporting
- Assist pharmaceutical manufacturing sites with sample/customer mailing inquiries
- Follow up with internal and external customers when additional information is required on product quality complaints and adverse events
- Provide customer service and immediate resolution to inquiries at the point of customer contact
- Meet customer satisfaction levels
- Participate in short-term project work supporting Product Quality Complaint management
- Assemble mailers for Product Complaint Retrievals
- Maintain supply inventory for correspondence and sample retrievals
- Comply with industry regulations, client policies, and Inizio policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Quality/compliance experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Competency using information technology, PCs, and databases
- Ability to multitask with accuracy
- Good time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for various lengths of time throughout the day
