About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver virtual or telephonic educational support to identified patients, caregivers, Healthcare Professionals, and their staff
Provide non-promotional disease-state educational support to identified customers
Provide therapy and/or medical device product education, including supplemental injection, infusion, and inhalation training support or technique
Present virtual educational programs to Healthcare Professionals, patients, caregivers, and other identified customers
Conduct outbound medication adherence support
Enroll patients/caregivers into educational seminars and provide local community or care-center resources
Collect demographic data and disposition for product, sample, reimbursement services, and literature fulfillment
Maintain quality and customer service while adhering to talking points or scripts and using live video conferencing software and client websites
Use only approved materials from Inizio or the client
Complete required training courses and competency assessments
Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers
Facilitate development and provision of services across healthcare sectors
Complete administrative responsibilities, including computer updates, activity reports, emails, and time reporting
Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences as required
Maintain company equipment and materials
Comply with Inizio and client policies and procedures
Perform other requested duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current US RN License
Associate Degree / Bachelors / BSN or equivalent work-related experience
Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a specific disease state or related field
Effective and professional communication
Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manner and articulate phone voice
Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology
Demonstrable organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Evidence of continual professional development and desire to regularly update professional knowledge
Stable, reliable, high-speed home internet
Designated separate home office space that is quiet and away from distractions
