About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of account management experience
  • Proven capability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Demonstrated self-confidence and willingness to learn
  • Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel throughout and around the territory
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to handle difficult and challenging situations, including customer relations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
