About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the day-to-day Customer Services operation across the EMEA region
  • Manage a team of customer service advisors
  • Allocate workload and manage team performance
  • Lead operational delivery
  • Oversee quotations, order entry, service coordination, customer communication, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other functions
  • Ensure customer commitments and standards are consistently delivered
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with tenants at the Hillcrest UK site
  • Understand tenant requirements, address service issues, and coordinate appropriate internal support
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Build accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing a team of customer advisors through KPIs and metrics
  • Experience in a contact centre or logistics environment
  • Experience managing people remotely and in different countries highly advantageous
  • Ability to speak other European languages highly advantageous
  • Ability to travel occasionally to UK operations in Hillcrest UK
