About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the Sales team with technical, clinical, and educational/training support in an assigned territory
  • Demonstrate and train new patients/customers on products
  • Conduct patient follow-up and support
  • Assist account sales representatives and regional sales managers with lead generation and follow-up
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships
  • Provide clinical support for patient selection, basic troubleshooting, device utilization, and patient follow-up
  • Attend patient device implants and perform follow-up to support successful implantation
  • Educate external staff on bandage changes and product specifications
  • Respond to customer needs and product complaints by developing solutions or collaborating with SPR team members
  • Meet with existing and potential clients to identify clinical needs and demonstrate products
  • Ensure facilities have clinical literature and marketing collateral
  • Support industry conferences, exhibits, and labs
  • Maintain knowledge of SPR products, competitive devices, and neuromodulation techniques
  • Conduct and coordinate in-person and remote training for physicians and hospital/clinic personnel
  • Manage patient documentation and data collection in Salesforce
  • Remain current in third-party accreditation requirements
  • Comply with the Corporate Compliance Program
  • Provide constructive peer-to-peer guidance
  • Occasionally assist with cases outside the assigned geographic territory
  • Report to an Area Sales Manager and take day-to-day instruction from sales representatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree preferred in a clinical or related field
  • Experience working with patients, preferably in a clinical environment
  • Prefer 3–5 years of related clinical support experience
  • Proven record of achievement in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to accept feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours
  • Prior Operating Room experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with pain patients
  • Neuromodulation experience
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% within the assigned territory
  • Ability to occasionally travel outside the assigned territory
