About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and coordinate daily technical interventions involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-prevention, and building systems
- Conduct periodic site inspections and safety audits
- Manage technical emergencies and failures, coordinating with local contacts and property owners
- Coordinate external maintenance, cleaning, security, and utilities providers
- Monitor supplier quality and compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Support the Facility Manager with technical specifications and supplier evaluations during tenders
- Support construction, renovation, fit-out, and commissioning activities for new warehouses
- Collaborate with the investments department in Poland and local contractors
- Support compliance with workplace safety regulations under D.Lgs. 81/08
- Report operational anomalies and technical site compliance status to the Facility Manager
- Prepare periodic technical reports on facility conditions and maintenance performance
- Report directly to the Facility Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1–3 years of experience in technical real estate management, industrial or logistics plant maintenance, or similar roles
- Solid knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and fire-prevention systems in industrial and commercial properties
- Proven experience coordinating external companies and field workers
- Good written and spoken English
- Patente B and availability for frequent travel throughout Italy
- Strong problem-solving orientation
- Decision-making autonomy during operational emergencies
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Diploma tecnico (Geometra, Perito Industriale) or Laurea triennale in Ingegneria (Civile) o Architettura is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of workplace safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08) is preferred
- Previous experience in structured multinational contexts is preferred
