About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop backend services and APIs using Go or Python
Write clean, tested, and maintainable code with guidance from senior engineers
Design database tables, write queries, and improve database performance
Use AI coding tools in daily work and review/correct their output before shipping
Troubleshoot issues and help identify root causes
Participate in code reviews and give and receive feedback
Collaborate with teammates in English through meetings and written documentation
Learn company systems step by step and take on more ownership over time

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–2 years of experience in software development (internships included)
Built at least one project with Go or Python
Built at least one end-to-end backend project (API, database, and tests)
Basic understanding of SQL, Git, and Docker
Good English skills sufficient to read technical documentation and join team meetings in English
Used AI coding tools in real projects and can identify and correct their mistakes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, or be in the final year
Familiarity with basic AI/ML concepts (nice to have)
Built a project using at least one of pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, LLM APIs, or vector databases (nice to have)
Familiarity with recommender systems, embeddings, or model evaluation metrics (nice to have)
