About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a high-performing Development Consultant team
- Define facilitation standards and coach capability across the delivery model through feedback, measurement and mentoring
- Ensure quality and integrity of delivery

Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience as an Insights Practitioner, with credible evidence of facilitating at C-suite level
- Strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in facilitation and learning experience design
- Experience influencing across a matrix organisation
- Ability to translate insight into structured improvements
- Experience building effective ways of working across functions
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
- Commercially astute and customer-focused
- Enterprise-focused with a long-term mindset
- Passionate about quality and learning experience excellence
- Influential and collaborative across a matrix environment
