About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with clients and assist Human Resource Specialists in delivering compliance-based services
  • Apply HR business rules and federal and state laws to promote process consistency and compliance
  • Research and provide guidance on federal and state employment-law topics
  • Manage key client HR services involving liability management, policy and handbook development, and tracking solutions
  • Support handbooks, policy development, time-off tracking, and foundational HR compliance projects
  • Advise service providers on Insperity HR processes and changing employment laws
  • Assess client HR practices, goals, and objectives; recommend solutions and follow up on satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments and Field Service personnel to design customized client policies
  • Identify opportunities for additional Insperity services
  • Assist with formal and informal presentations on complex or controversial topics
  • Coordinate and support liability-management training compliance for client worksite employees
  • Document, review, and monitor project-tracking mechanisms
  • Share accountability for customer relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred
  • One to two years of Human Resources experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Insperity Human Resource business rules
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Ability to provide clear, concise, and logical presentations
  • Ability to work with clients, managers, Human Resource Specialists, HRCOE, internal departments, and Field Service personnel
