About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a book of business and contribute to clients’ overall success, growth, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Advise client management and key decision makers on employee relations, legislation, benefits, wage and hour, performance management, and development.
  • Align HR business strategy and goals with client management.
  • Consult on HR-related issues and recommend HR strategies.
  • Evaluate HR-related needs and develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Analyze trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Cultivate internal and client relationships to deliver value-added HR services.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough investigations.
  • Provide performance management guidance, including conflict resolution, coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Deliver HR policy guidance, interpretation, and best-practice recommendations.
  • Support organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs and ensure training objectives are met.
  • Document client interactions in client management systems and databases.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Two to five years of related Human Resources experience is required.
  • Up to 15% travel.
