About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support consumers, shoppers, retailers, and advertisers across morning, mid-day, and evening shifts
  • Handle live customer contacts by phone, chat, and/or email for up to 100% of scheduled time
  • Execute complex workflows using established tools, policies, and knowledge base content
  • Resolve order and account issues, including edge cases and escalations
  • Investigate account history, order details, and prior interactions to determine accurate outcomes
  • Create internal transfer tickets and document cases with detailed notes
  • Identify patterns, pain points, and process gaps and recommend improvements to supervisors and leadership
  • Model best practices, share insights with peers, and contribute to an inclusive team environment
  • Surface tooling bugs, policy ambiguities, contact spikes, and other operational challenges to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year in a customer-facing role
  • Fluency in French, spoken and written
  • Comfort handling phone, chat, and/or email contacts for most of the day
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Clear case and transfer documentation
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow established workflows
  • Ability to investigate issues, interpret account/order details, and make sound judgments within policy
  • Emotional intelligence and resilience with upset or frustrated customers
  • Basic technical proficiency with multiple systems, CRM tools, browser-based applications, and Google Workspace
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfort with AI-assisted tools and willingness to adopt new technologies
  • Preferred: contact center or multi-channel support experience
  • Preferred: experience with complex, policy-heavy workflows
  • Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce, Genesys/Ujet, Zendesk, or similar tools
