About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take end-to-end ownership of features, from understanding the problem to delivering a solution that creates value for users
  • Build, maintain, and improve backend services and microservices
  • Work closely with Frontend, QA, Product, and other Engineering roles to deliver solutions
  • Investigate and solve production issues, including participating in the on-call rotation
  • Contribute to the design and development of new services while continuously improving existing ones
  • Understand the business and user impact of what you build

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering
  • Strong backend development experience, ideally with TypeScript and Node.js
  • Experience working with microservices, databases, and messaging systems
  • Experience working in product companies, SaaS, startups, or high-growth environments
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product, QA, Frontend, and other technical teams
  • B2+ English level
