About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and lead a portfolio of four to six talent partnerships on a fractional basis
  • Allocate the appropriate focus across partnerships
  • Build trust with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor
  • Provide honest perspective and constructive challenge
  • Own commercial performance, including forecasting, renewals, upsell, resell, and renegotiation
  • Articulate and demonstrate partnership value
  • Identify and shape growth opportunities, business cases, networks, and new revenue streams
  • Lead, coach, and develop embedded Talent Acquisition Managers and Leads
  • Set priorities and build a high-trust, high-performing culture
  • Champion an AI-first approach across partnerships
  • Introduce new processes and tools and use data to remove blockers and raise standards
  • Troubleshoot complex issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Work closely with Delivery and Growth
  • Report to Rob Blythe

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience leading a portfolio of client accounts or partnerships simultaneously
  • Experience in RPO, recruitment, talent solutions, consulting, HR services, or another professional services environment
  • Strong commercial instincts and a track record of account growth through upsell, renewals, or renegotiation
  • Comfortable with forecasting and P&Ls
  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing teams
  • Credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Curiosity to challenge established practices
  • AI-first mindset and daily use of AI to improve work
  • Experience building an agent or automation to improve individual and team workflows
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Ability to plan and prioritise across competing demands
  • Experience in legal, financial services, or professional services is nice to have
  • PE-backed, high-growth, or technology background is nice to have
