About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor project scope, costs, and timelines
Resolve issues and mitigate risks
Develop execution plans
Ensure coordination across departments
Regularly communicate project status
Support suppliers in delivering project requirements
Communicate with partners
Execute and monitor the physical and financial progress of multiple projects simultaneously
Participate in and, when necessary, lead planning meetings and sessions to cascade program and project strategies
Collaborate in identifying project-related risks
Maintain detailed and organized records on the project management platform
Prepare technical reports and presentations for investors and senior management
Monitor the implementation of suppliers’ activities, ensuring alignment with the schedule agreed upon with investors
Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and implementation expectations across multiple departments
Prepare analytical reports and visual presentations for accountability and reporting purposes
Liaise with investors and implement course corrections during rescheduling, when necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

Reside in São Paulo, SP
Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Advanced routine and time management skills
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Proficiency with project management tools
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, including the ability to structure reports and compelling presentations
Proficiency in analyzing numbers and targets, and in creating presentations using Canva or similar tools
A postgraduate qualification in Project Management is considered an advantage
