About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the monitoring of Commercial team requests and customer relationships
- Assist with updating and organizing customer and opportunity information in the systems used by the team
- Support the monitoring of commercial processes, helping organize information and deadlines
- Assist in preparing and updating commercial reports, tracking tools, and KPIs
- Support the consolidation and analysis of data to monitor the team’s results
- Assist in preparing materials and information to support the Commercial team
- Support the monitoring of requests and tickets related to the team’s routine activities
- Collaborate on the flow of information between the Commercial team and other departments involved in the processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently in the second year of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or Hospitality
- Expected graduation between June 2028 and December 2028
- Must attend classes in the evening
- Intermediate English
- Spanish is a plus
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
