About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the creation and tracking of purchase orders in the company’s systems.
  • Organize incoming requests and the information required for the team to assess priorities and deadlines.
  • Follow up on outstanding items with stores, Distribution Centers, administrative departments, and suppliers.
  • Request quotes for less complex purchases and organize proposals for comparison, under the guidance of the Purchasing team.
  • Send approved orders to suppliers and track confirmations and deliveries.
  • Update purchase order and supplier trackers and reports, flagging delays or discrepancies to the team.
  • Support the review of purchase orders and invoices and the organization of documents for supplier registration.
  • Respond to store requests, providing order status updates in line with departmental guidelines.
  • Contribute to improvements in processes, controls, digital checklists, and the systems used by the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently in the first year of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation from December 2027 or June 2028 onward.
  • Available to study during the evening.
  • Intermediate Spanish.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
