About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage multiple queues promptly and accurately
  • Verify and audit customer information in Salesforce
  • Support additional business functions with documentation auditing
  • Work with departments receiving customer-related documentation
  • Distribute correspondence and documentation received via fax and email
  • Attach documentation correctly to customer records
  • Follow standardized workflows independently
  • Perform duplicate auditing through manual customer-data verification in Salesforce
  • Perform physician verification through manual provider-data verification
  • Manage consent verification queues and assign outreach tasks
  • Review voicemail buckets and assign items to the appropriate representative
  • Review faxes and link documentation to the appropriate customer record
  • Perform UHC BI’s
  • Process training records submitted by Clinical Services Managers
  • Validate clinic contract assignments
  • Provide feedback to management as needed
  • Perform additional duties and projects assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree and 3+ years’ related experience working in a professional environment
  • Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting customers with diabetes preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and a “do what it takes” work approach
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexible and resilient work approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to sit and stand in a normal office environment
  • Manual dexterity for using a computer keyboard
  • Lightweight lifting may be required
