About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Draft and coordinate sustainability and social impact communications across webpages, press releases, LinkedIn, internal news articles, Viva Engage, intranet banners, and presentation materials
Develop executive briefs, stakeholder emails, FAQs, talking points, report highlights, and manufacturing tour scripts
Coordinate with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Investor Relations, web teams, and other internal partners
Gather inputs, route content for review and approval, and track deliverables, milestones, and deadlines
Maintain communications plans and content calendars
Organize source materials, documents, presentations, and creative assets
Provide meeting and project coordination support for sustainability communications initiatives
Research sustainability and social impact topics and translate technical information into clear, accurate, engaging content
Perform other sustainability communications-related duties as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate student pursuing a BA/BS in Sustainability, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Familiarity with AP style is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Experience with Microsoft 365 and digital communications tools
Familiarity with SharePoint or digital asset management platforms is a plus
Interest in sustainability, social impact, and/or medical device communications
Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship needs
This position is not eligible for employer-based visa sponsorship
