About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement the risk-based retention workflow for patients in the territory after training
Provide clinical support to patients post-training as needed
Conduct targeted retention outreach, clinical coaching, refresher training, and resource-based interventions
Own patient follow-up and clinical support throughout the post-training journey
Collaborate with Clinical Services Managers, territory teams, healthcare providers, and clinic staff
Build clinical partnerships with HCP offices and support continuity of care
Document customer interactions and support activities according to company policies and workflows
Identify and escalate patient barriers, trends, and opportunities affecting retention, adoption, or customer experience
Execute retention workflows within service expectations
Maintain customer satisfaction, engagement, and complete documentation
Achieve productivity metrics and improve therapy adoption, continuation, and retention outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree
Certified Pod Trainer (CPT)
Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
Professional, up-to-date clinical credentials: Registered Dietitian (RD), Registered Nurse (RN), PharmD, Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or other clinical credentials
State licensure as required per state
2+ years of clinical experience in diabetes care, endocrinology, or a related healthcare specialty
2+ years of direct experience training and supporting users of advanced diabetes technologies, including insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)
Valid driver’s license
Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory
Ability to travel regularly, mostly by car, within a set geographic region
Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 30 lbs. of professional sales samples and literature
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
