  • Guide patients and healthcare providers through nuanced Omnipod therapy challenges
  • Deliver advanced, personalized clinical education and training via phone and virtual platforms
  • Provide proactive follow-up, consultation, troubleshooting, and escalation support
  • Interpret and educate on Omnipod data and reporting tools
  • Manage clinical retention quotas for a defined geographic region, including complex and at-risk customers
  • Execute tailored retention strategies and conduct inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Assess satisfaction, reinforce product value, remove barriers, and support long-term adherence
  • Identify disengagement indicators and partner cross-functionally on targeted interventions
  • Address clinical, behavioral, psychosocial, logistical, and access-related barriers
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers to align education with treatment plans
  • Serve as a clinical contributor for the assigned geography
  • Partner with Clinical Teams, Customer Success, and Commercial teams
  • Surface regional insights, trends, and risks to improve retention programs and workflows
  • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to Clinical Retention Specialist I
  • Mentor 1–2 new specialists annually through onboarding support
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction documentation in Salesforce
  • Analyze engagement data, usage patterns, and retention metrics
  • Operate independently and manage high-risk and escalated cases with minimal oversight

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical education preferred
  • Active clinical credential required (RN or RD)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting insulin pump therapy and diabetes technology
  • Demonstrated expertise managing complex clinical cases and provider interactions
  • Current CDCES credential required
  • Ability to maintain all required licensure and Omnipod certifications
  • Deep clinical expertise in diabetes management and technology
  • Strong consultative communication and virtual engagement skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and contribute to team capability
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action
  • Strong problem solving, prioritization, and self-management skills
  • Highly independent, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Must live in the assigned geographic region: Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, or South Carolina
  • Ability to sustain extended phone and virtual interactions
  • Manual dexterity for computer and headset use
  • Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and limited travel
