About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure and facility projects for new office buildouts, existing office remodels, and similar network office efforts from inception to completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, status updates, and RAIDE registers across cross-functional workstreams
  • Maintain project schedules and dependencies integrated with Agile teams, ARTs, and Solutions PI Plans
  • Communicate project status and reports to stakeholders
  • Lead release-based program core team and steering committee meetings
  • Guide project team activities regarding computer systems validation procedures
  • Identify risks and issues, assess mitigation options, and escalate as needed
  • Assist Business Process Owners and core teams with problem solving and change-request impact analysis
  • Provide input to Agile teams and ARTs during PI planning and assess impacts on the overall plan
  • Adhere to regulatory agency standards, company quality standards, and corporate policies
  • Contribute to the 12-month program schedule and integrated project plan
  • Influence program timelines, budget, priorities, and change management
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Agile experience
  • Experience managing IT infrastructure and facility projects, including network administration and optimization, server management and maintenance, cybersecurity implementation, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Experience working with Agile teams to develop and launch strategic programs against concrete deadlines
  • Knowledge of computer systems validation and QMS compliance
  • Flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment
  • Proficiency in MS 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Teams), Smartsheet, and SharePoint
  • Working knowledge or familiarity with Agile applications (Jira and Confluence), CRM environments (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud), SAP ERP programs, integrations (MuleSoft), PLM and QMS applications (Arena), and PPM tools (Clarity) helpful
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • At least 10 years of overall work experience in a technical discipline
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in a program management role involving large, complex programs
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs demand
  • Project management certification preferred
