About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage the global DSCX UX research roadmap covering digital user flows, websites, web portals, and customer care experiences
  • Maintain visibility into active and upcoming research initiatives and ensure weekly cross-team alignment
  • Design and execute complex qualitative and quantitative research studies using rigorous methodologies
  • Mentor three researchers by providing strategic and executional guidance
  • Build and sustain trust-based relationships across a matrixed organization
  • Lead multiple concurrent research initiatives with UX leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own end-to-end UX research, including planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, synthesis, and communicating findings
  • Partner with legal and data privacy teams to ensure regulatory and privacy compliance
  • Deliver research reports and presentations using storytelling and data visualization
  • Evangelize user insights to influence strategy, design decisions, and customer-centered outcomes
  • Improve research practices, tools, and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or a related field
  • 7+ years of professional UX research experience supporting physical, digital, web, and/or service-based products
  • Familiarity with IT systems and experience in medical, healthcare, and/or diabetes-related domains
  • Strong experience conducting primary research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing
  • Experience with research tools such as Qualtrics
  • Proficiency using design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, and AI
  • Ability to drive data-informed design and business decision-making
  • Familiarity working with call center analytics, digital web analytics, Salesforce Lightning, and data science
  • Experience in regulated medical or healthcare environments, specifically insulin delivery systems
  • Comfort collaborating across time zones, including teams based in the U.S. and Europe
  • Experience conducting international research and supporting global initiatives
