About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle incoming calls and emails for portal support
  • Assist examinees, licensees, and applicants with exam registration, online portal, course registration, and annual licence renewal
  • Escalate inquiries to the examinations, practice, education, and licensing teams as appropriate
  • Respond to voicemail messages
  • Order office supplies
  • Ship and receive boxes for Iron Mountain
  • Provide reception and mail coverage as required
  • Support in-person Council meetings in the office and other meetings as required
  • Maintain understanding of Council operations and detailed knowledge of exam registration requirements, annual licence renewal, and licence application processes
  • Assist with testing portal system improvements
  • Complete other duties and projects assigned by the Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to function well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and deal with multiple concurrent tasks
  • Good word processing skills
  • Typing speed of 45 wpm
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • 2-year administrative diploma, preferred
